How interesting that we are both in new homes, living within canvas walls, writing about our wanderings on the same day. As I was writing my post a Pileated Woodpecker landed on the tree right outside my window. And now the Ovenbird sings, and the eastern Phoebe bobs his tail.
I will miss our connection in Oregon this year, and I look forward to following your new unfoldings!
