Continuing the remarkable pattern of co-creation within a resonant field, I find myself again reading what I have been planning to write, what is percolating within.
"Resonance is not merely a vibration, though it expresses as such. Resonance is a co-creation. A co-gestation. The subtle “yes” of one field recognizing another. Not in sameness, but mutual coherence. Connection within differentiation."
I might need to quote you on that. Mutual coherence, connection within differentiation.
On alignment and resonance...
I write, I think, by sensing resonance with words and meanings within myself, so I will share the feelings behind these words for me.
I don't feel that I can resonate with anything. I can *try*. I can open, listen, attune myself, but for me the experience of resonance is a feedback, sometimes a surprise - like tapping on all of the bowls and glasses in the kitchen to find the ones that sing out, that harmonize.
I also find myself using resonance more than alignment, and for me alignment is shallower, more singular. I can feel alignment with an idea, a movement. I can experiment, choose to align myself in a certain way to see how it feels. Resonance is multidimensional - a hundred or a thousand alignments felt together as we enter into a harmony whose ultimate orchestration is collective, beyond our individual selves and yet co-creatively including us, our own notes and improvisations adding to the symphony.
I really feel the presence within your words: Resonance is multidimensional - a hundred or a thousand alignments felt together." I too feel that "shallower" aspect of alignment...it does feel more mechanical, more intellectual even - which isn't to say it isn't a useful word, since the meaning it conveys is helpful. Still, I think you and I are of similar accord that what we are seeking is the embodiment, rather than the mentation.
I love the affirmation that there are many of us sharing in a vast field of thought, understanding, contemplation, and drawing down into shared words from our unique vantage point. I look forward to what you will write next!
I really like these points, Emma: "The subtle “yes” of one field recognizing another. Not in sameness, but mutual coherence. Connection within differentiation." That mutual coherence beyond words and descriptions is most peaceful. Thank you for sharing.
I’ve been thinking again of the power of “the casual thought,” as several experiences in the last week have reminded me of the efficacy of this approach. It feels like a blue jeans version of wei wu wei. As you say too—the power of having a thought and then choosing to resonate with a sense of solution, awaiting its arrival.
Exquisite words and image...keep dreaming the beauty into existence. sending love...
Thank you Treasured Friend ~ you have been drifting through my heart-mind, sending Love to you too

Peaceful indeed Neil, thank you for being here in these contemplations with me.

Also YES and point well made that we can resonate with anything! That doesn’t indicate truth, goodness, or any quality other than a vibrational match…
